CASE held its Annual Conference at Sariska Palace, Alwar(Rajasthan) from 28th to 31st of March2010.
Water Treatment Plants
MEMBRANE BASED SYSTEMS
Reverse Osmosis Systems
CASE provides advanced membrane based technology which is the most recent development in the field of water purification. We are manufacturing a complete range of reverse osmosis systems for high TDS water. Desalination by reverse osmosis is the most widely accepted unique process of separation, brackish, sea and waste water into high purity water for their ultimate applications. Desalination mainly separates saline water (Brackish/ Sea) into two streams. One fresh water stream with low saline concentration and other stream containing the remaining salts. Each of the desalination technologies requires to affect the separations which can be either thermally or mechanically (electrically) driven.
Nano Filtrations
This removes particles and all organics from water. It is also used to selectively reduce the Ionic strength of solutions.
Ultra Filtrations
This process separates macro molecules and colloidal from water. Pore size of ultra filters membranes is higher so this does not reject dissolved salts but removes Silica, Iron and TOC contaminates.
FILTRATION/ ION-EXCHANGE BASED SYSTEMS
Filtration Systems
CASE provides one of the widest ranges of filtration systems that include
Rapid Sand Filter.
Dual Media Filters.
Multi Grade Filters.
Activated Carbon Filters.
Micron Filters.
Iron Removal Filters.
Softening Systems
Softeners are based on latest Ion-Exchange technologies. Standard softener models are available from 1KLPH-100KLPH and custom built units for high flow rates with specific operations.
Demineralization Systems
This process removes all dissolved minerals and ions from water. There are different schematics of DM Plants depending on variable quality of waters; normally two, three, four bedded systems are used.
